[OOTD] Cute boho kimono in a hidden treasure

Hey Internet! Amfiba is chillin’ here!

I’m freakishly sorry for not keeping my blog in update because my university orientation or so called ‘student day’ is real shitty. The seniors force freshmen female student to cut their bangs until 3cm above their brows. Can you imagine how horrible they are?! Disgusting. Sadly, I had to do it and right now I’m covering it with my bang clip extension I bought online. If you’re interested, click here (shipping only available around Indonesia).

Fast life update, I moved to Bali. Yes, Indonesian pride of paradise. I’m now going to public university. Udayana University, jimbaran campus. My major is food technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology. I’ll changing my addresses into my ‘kost’ address real soon. Do I miss Jakarta? Absolutely. Especially my beautiful mom which I can only keep in touch with her via internet or phone. To be honest, I miss how noisy and busy Jakarta is. Do I love Bali? YES, A LOT! People here are pretty nice and welcoming so that’s always a plus.

The perks of studying in tourism place is that you learn a lot about tolerance, diversity, balance, and of course toooooooons of beautiful places waiting to be discovered. I met people with different religions, race, culture, backgrounds from all over the world which in Jakarta stuff like this never really “stand out” so I think this is something that I should be grateful, because I learn how to respect differences. On the other side, people from my hometown learn to take care each other and starting to create a bond to protect and help one to another because all of us knew that we’re far from home so friends from the same hometown will be our new closests family. Last thing but the most important one, adaptation. New place, new ethics, new culture, everything new. I learn how to fit in without forgetting my real self.

Blablabla, let me just get into the real thing this post is made.

Where? Balangan Beach, Jimbaran, Bali. Stunning? Yes it is. The combination of white concave corals (yes, that’s not sand), seaweeds (HA! You thought that was a grass? You’ve been fooled by nature), sand (the closest one to the edge), and  tebing is a beautiful match making this beach unique. Luckily, not much people knows this place, mostly only photographers knows it. You can pretty much says that this place haven’t been “discovered”.

actin' like model much?

Makeup just keeping in simple and fresh

This is accidentally taken. For real, it is.

Hat: Legian streetwalk
Jack Daniel's Top: Legian streetwalk
Kimono: Dresslink
Pants: waturenggong

For the outfit that I wore in these pictures are mostly from my skills of bargaining here in Bali. (get it, gurl!). As a typical asian, I love cheap stuff. The cheaper the better (YAASSSS).  Most of them are from Legian Street Walk. If you wanted me to share about how crowded and awesome Legian is or places to shop in Bali, let me know! :D

Oh yeah, thanks a lot dresslink for sending me the cutest kimono. I seriously in love with this kimono. You can see it by my instagram that I cant stop wearing this kimono<3.

for a bonus, here's a beautiful sunset

pictures are taken with Canon EOS 700D and iPhone 5 camera
