[REVIEW] Cathy Doll easy nose up

As I promised you before, I'll make a review on Cathy Doll easy nose up. This is because when I went out with besties from junior high school (click here if you didnt read the post), Mira, Natasya and I stumbled upon Cathy Doll outlet. Mira said she wanted to buy a new decent lip tint. Therefore, we made the guys waited for hours (sorry irvan, asseta, adam hehe:3).

I once saw this product on instagram onlinestores but never bought and tried any of Cathy Doll products. What I knew is that Cathy Doll is a thailand makeup and beauty brand but when I asked the saleswoman, they said Cathy Doll is also a korean makeup and beauty brand. I got confused so arrived home, I immidiately googled what exactly Cathy Doll is. I found Cathy Doll website for Indonesian.

At first, I just wanted to buy a lip tint that Mira bought because the colour pigment and lasting power is amazing. Then, when the saleswoman promoted easy nose up product and I was totally sold out because of her words. I'm sorry wallet, but I'm the person who can easily tempted to buy stuff

I just wanted to buy these two products but they gave me a humongous bag. I was like "what? isnt this bag too big?" but on second thought, with this bag I can use it to bring stuff without using any plastic bag and stuff. Living that #lovingearth life ya'll!

When I saw the product, it exactly reminds me of em chiaroscuro and NYX wonder stick. It is like a nose contouring product but asian, ya know? Wonder stick is the dupe of chiaroscuro, and easy nose up is the dupe of wonder stick. If asian love a certain product so much but that product is not affordable, asian would make or buy the dupe or the fake one. #asianlife. I'm not being racist here, but it is fact. This is kind of a dupeception lol.

Enough with me talking, more to the product.

Just like I said before that this product is a dupe for chiaroscuro and wonderstick. So this product came in 2 colours. The highlighter (white lid) and the contouring powder

The highlighter

First thing first (I'm the realest), I'll describe as best as I could for the highlighter part of this product. It is shimmery white. When you apply it on, it doesnt give the "light" but more of the dewy finish. It feels like a melting waxy candle consistency when I applied it on my nose. It also feels a little greasy and wet, which is not suitable for my oily skin. In my opinion, rather to be a highlighter for nose, it'll do better as highlight on your cheekbones and forehead giving that dewy finish.I guess this product would works better on normal to dry skin type. To be honest, I dont like the highlighter in this product.

The contouring 'powder'

The applicator for the contouring part reminds me of Etude House Dear girls cute eye maker the shadow part. The product itself is on the bottom of the lid, the applicator pick it up when you close it. If you wanted some more product just rotate the lid/applicator. There's nothing wrong with the contouring powder so far.

This is how it appears on my hand. The contour powder works well but the highlight kind of curled up and showed tiny dots which I dont like.

If you wanted a multifunction product, this is pretty great. I also tried it on my cheekbones, jaw and temples it works well. Rather highlighting the my nose bridge, the highlighter works better to highlight my cheekbones and forehead.
